Luxury Residential Community with multiple Residential Elevator installs:

The Residences at Stone Island is a gated, waterfront community comprised of 44 luxury residences. Following the successful installation of two elevators at The WaterColours in 2014, the developer partnered with Androgroup Elevator for The Residences at Stone Island. Each unit offers customizable options to upgrade the three-story residence to include an elevator.

January 2015 – The developers of Stone Island attended the International Builders Show where they made initial contact with Residential Elevator Inc. (REI).

February 2015 – REI contacted Androgroup Elevator to follow up on the lead for this project as we are the Authorized Distributor for their product line.

March through November 2015 – The developers for Stone Island contacted Androgroup Elevator to express interest in the Residential Elevator Inc. – Luxury Lift Traction products they have viewed at the builders show. At this stage we worked alongside the developer to establish the design and specifications of the elevators to be used, utilizing a floor plan with storage closets directly above each other to allow for the option of installing a residential elevator if selected by the purchaser. This design also provides an option to install at a later date if desired.

November 2015 – we finalized the itemized proposal to provide prospective buyers of Stone Island a catalogue of options to custom design their elevator as desired.

2016 – Construction and Install for the model unit began in 2016. Androgroup Elevator supplied and installed our Residential Elevator Luxury Lift 950- Traction Elevator. These residential elevators are quiet, smooth and reliable. They do not require a machine room, saving square footage and adding value to property.

2019 – Throughout the phased construction of Stone Island we have now successfully installed 8 additional Residential Elevator Luxury Lifts 950 – Traction Elevators. One owner has further customized the elevator with a full glass cab, flush mount hall call face plates and RGB mood lighting.
